RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUND POLICY
We thank you for choosing Juice.
We accept returns and exchanges on orders as long as the item is in its original, new condition. We accept exchanges up to 30 days after purchasing the item. All seasonal and on sale items are non returnable. We only accept items in their original, new condition.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 60 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) and the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for damaged orders or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.
In case following conditions are not met, Juice reserves the right to charge 15% restocking fee or refuse the return.
– the items must be returned for refund or exchange within 60 days of original purchase
– items and packaging must be received in new condition
– the original manufacture’s packaging must not be damaged
– packaging must include all original items
– Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box
– return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt
– anyapparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition
– we do not accept returns of purchases from third party retailers
Before returning package you need to contact JuiceLabz.com to receive Return Authorization Number (number to be placed on returning package). You can E-mail support at Support@JuiceLabz.com. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.JUICE
